Hankies

I have managed to collect a TON of hankies, but for the life of me could not figure out the way to best display them. We tried a wooden crate, a basket, a tray-you name it. They all looked stupid and really didn't display all the beautiful patterns and detailed fabric and embroidery. After some discussion and another 12:30 am epiphony I had the idea of putting them on one of our shutters. It turned out awesome. We simply put tacks through a strand of lace and hung the hankies by itty bitty clothes pins.

*MY hankie came in handy-seeing that I couldn't keep it together walking down the aisle. :)

You'll have to wait for the wedding photos to see all of it come together.
